Terms & Conditions

Please note the following terms and conditions carefully as they explain the nature and scope of the relationship between Prism Cement and a Member of the Anmol Rishtey Program. The terms and conditions cover the limitations and exclusions on the liability of Prism Cements and its Service Partners.

Definitions:

In these terms and conditions, unless the context specifies otherwise:

  • 1. 'Prism' means Prism Cement Ltd.
  • 2. 'Anmol Rishtey' is a Prism Dealers rewards and relationship initiative owned, managed and operated by Prism, which will provide benefits and rewards to Prism Dealers
  • 3. 'Member' means a dealer who is admitted by Prism into the Program.
  • 4. 'Prism Dealer means a registered intermediary who purchases cement from Prism for sale to others such as retailers, end users.
  • 5. 'Year' shall mean the period of 12 months.
  • 6. 'Month' shall mean calendar month.
  • 7. 'Benefit' means certain rewards and facilities that are given to a member based on pre-defined criteria.
  • 8. 'Service Partners' shall mean the implementation agency and other in-house or contract service providers.
  • 9. 'Rewards' are the gifts offered by Prism, from time to time at its sole discretion, to members of the Anmol Rishtey Program against redemption of points earned by the members.
  • 10. 'Helpdesk or Helpline' means the service center for resolving members' queries in connection with or related to Anmol Rishtey.
    • a. 'Volume Points' means the points earned by a member of Anmol Rishtey for the cement purchased by the member from Prism.

Eligibility and Membership:

  • 1. Member status and benefits of the Anmol Rishtey Program are offered at the sole discretion of Prism.
  • 2. A member is invited to become a part of the Anmol Rishtey Program if he is a registered dealer of Prism Cement who fulfills the program eligibility criteria laid down by Prism.
  • 3. Prism reserves the right to modify, edit or delete any component of the point earning structure at its own discretion
  • 4. Membership is offered in the name of the Prism dealers.
  • 5. Any change in the name, address, constitution or other information relating to the member must be notified to Prism in writing as soon as possible.
  • 6. Prism reserves the right to refuse and cancel membership of the Program without assigning any reason and without prior notification.
  • 7. Membership of the Program is valid till 31st March 2019. Advance intimation will be given; in case the membership is extended for any further period.
  • 8. The member permits and authorises Prism and its service partners to use their data for administrative, research and marketing purposes.

Rewards points and Benefits:

  • 1. All members who are enrolled into the Anmol Rishtey Program by Prism are entitled to earn points which can be redeemed for rewards that will be sent to the members in accordance with the terms and conditions specified.
  • 2. All rewards related communication will be mailed to the mailing address as currently existing in the Prism database or as specified during enrolment.
  • 3. Points issued in the Anmol Rishtey Program have no monetary value and cannot be sold or transferred by members in any manner at any point of time or be redeemed for cash. These points may only be exchanged for rewards on offer through Anmol Rishtey.
  • 4. The points earned by members are valid till members are dealers of Prism. In case of termination of membership, for whatever reason, all points shall lapse/expire.
  • 5. No purchase/sale/transfer of points or benefits is permitted. The member can only earn points as per the conditions specified in the Program.
  • 6. Rewards and benefits will be delivered to member’s registered address only or best alternative address after confirmation from member.
  • 7. No cash top-up or cash reimbursement for points or benefits will be given at any time
  • 8. All members will on a monthly basis receive a statement containing the points earned/accrued.
  • 9. Selection of rewards and benefits is and will be at the sole discretion of Prism. They are liable to change without notice.
  • 10. Prism holds out no warranty and makes no representation (whether expressed or implied) about the goods and / or services manufactured / supplied by third parties that are offered as benefits to members of the Program particularly with regard to their quality or suitability for any purpose. Prism shall not be liable if the said goods / services are defective / deficient in any manner.
  • 11. Prism cannot accept responsibility for any delays in delivery of benefits.
  • 12. Prism will not be responsible for benefits that are stolen, damaged or lost in transit before delivery to the member.
  • 13. All benefits offered by Prism are on a best effort basis. In case a member is not offered a particular benefit or if Prism does not make a particular benefit available Prism will not be liable to compensate in any way.

General:

  • 1. Prism reserves the right to withhold benefits or terminate the membership of a member if such member breaches the terms and conditions of this Program. Upon such termination, all benefits standing to the credit of the member shall be lost without the member being entitled for any compensation therefore and the member shall be barred from future membership.
  • 2. Prism reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change the terms and conditions
  • 3. The Program and any benefit, offering or the like relating to the Program shall not constitute or deemed to constitute a contract or otherwise establish a contractual relationship between Prism and any member.
  • 4. Nothing herein is intended to or shall be construed as creating or establishing any agency, partnership or joint venture relationship between Prism and the member or service partners.
  • 5. Members shall be responsible for awareness and updation of the Program rules, their entitlements and their availment. Members should login to the website at least once a week to know the latest updates and events.
  • 6. All communication and benefits shall be sent by SMS on the registered mobile number or handed over to members at the address existing with Prism. Prism and / or its service partners shall not be liable for the failure of any communication to reach the member, it shall be the responsibility of the member to inform Prism about any change in address and Prism bears no responsibility for communication lost or not received.
  • 7. Prism reserves the right to send all communication through SMS to the members.
  • 8. In the event of dispute in connection with the Program and the interpretation of these terms and conditions, Prism's decision shall be final and binding.
  • 9. The terms and conditions printed herein, in a language other than English, is solely for the purpose of convenience only and in case of any dispute regarding the same, the terms and conditions printed in English will be final and binding and will prevail over the terms and conditions printed in any other language. The terms and conditions in English can be requested for at any time.

Program & Points Validity:

  • Points earned will be valid till 31st March, 2019.
